Terms of Service &

Practice Policies & Legal Disclaimers

Scope of Care

Homeopathic consultations provide supportive, complementary care focused on individual vitality and holistic balance. No guarantees or promises of a "cure" for specific medical conditions are made or implied.

Medical Relationship

I do not alter, countermand, or replace advice, diagnoses, instructions, or prescriptions given by your medical doctor or primary healthcare team. Patients are strongly advised to keep their GP informed of any complementary care they undertake.

Data Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal details and consultation notes are managed in compliance with GDPR and your information is kept secure and confidential at all times.

Informed Consent

Full consent is discussed, understood, and agreed upon prior to initiating any individualised treatment plan.

Professional Boundaries & Safeguarding

Your safety and well-being always come first. While our sessions are strictly confidential, there are important professional and legal limits to this—specifically regarding acute vulnerability, safeguarding concerns, risk of self-harm, or illegal activity. If safety is ever an immediate concern, I may need to seek advice or involve appropriate support services. If you already have a support network or care team in place, it is helpful for me to know.

I will always do my best to support your health journey for as long as it remains within my clinical scope and training. If a situation arises where specialised care is needed beyond my expertise, I may consult a supervisor or help connect you with a more suitably qualified professional.
